My name is Adel, and I am a Pilates instructor and the founder of MOA Studio. With over 10 years of experience teaching private, semi-private, rehabilitation, and group Pilates, my work focuses on functional alignment, mobility-focused and core strength, and movement quality for long-term wellness.
I genuinely love people and meaningful connections. My teaching style combines precision, fluidity, and hands-on guidance, seamlessly integrating both traditional and contemporary Pilates techniques. I focus on helping clients truly understand their movement so that learning feels intuitive, enjoyable, and empowering. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong ability to support everyone from beginners to advanced movers, guiding them toward deeper body awareness and confidence.
At MOA Studio, I also offer instructor development and mentorship, rooted in my signature framework: Observe → Refine → Embody → Co-Create. This approach supports instructors in strengthening both their technical skill and their teaching presence.
Ultimately, my goal is to create thoughtful movement experiences that help people feel stronger in both mind and body, more connected to themselves, and more confident, whether they are brand-new to Pilates or refining years of practice.
