Sam Alain
Sam is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Registered Kinesiologist with nearly a decade of clinical experience, having worked with clients and patients since 2016.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University, where he was part of the Strength & Conditioning team supporting varsity and professional athletes, and a Master of Practice diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
Sam’s practice is centred around osteopathic manual therapy, with an emphasis on detailed assessment, hands-on treatment, and understanding how the body functions as an interconnected whole. His background in kinesiology gives him a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and movement analysis, and also allows him to integrate exercise and movement-based strategies into care when appropriate.

Adam Armstrong
Adam’s passion for fitness began through years of playing sports, where he developed an appreciation for the impact that strength training, movement quality, and effective coaching can have on performance and overall health. He holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University and is certified as a Personal Training Specialist (PTS) and Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS) through Canfitpro. In January 2027, he will begin his Master of Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University, continuing his commitment to helping others move and feel their best.
Over the past two years, Adam has worked as a Sports Performance Coach with Laurier Athletics, assisting with strength and conditioning for varsity athletes, including the men’s basketball team, while collaborating with coaches and athletic therapists to support performance and injury management. Adam specializes in strength and conditioning, athletic performance, muscle gain, fat loss, and functional fitness. He uses an individualized, evidence-based approach to help clients move better, build confidence, and achieve lasting results.
Outside of coaching, Adam enjoys playing pickleball, soccer, and basketball, walking his dog, travelling, and spending time with family

Maria Kovatchev RMT
Maria Kovatchev received degree in Heath Science from York University in 2006. She then went on to get certified as a Personal Trainer in 2007. Which led her to receive further training and certifications in Spinning, functional conditioning, and various styles Yoga. Through yoga she gained an appreciation of the effects that stretch, and touch have on the body and how she could help more people.
The desire to help heal her clients led her to The Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, where she received excellent training and graduated with honors in 2013. Since then, she has continued to expand her training with Tui Na, Thai Yoga Massage, Acupuncture, Cupping and Osteopathy.
Maria has experience competing as both a fitness athlete as well as competing in judo and grappling. Giving insight to injury prevention, maintenance, and self-care for the everyday athlete.

Dr. Keenan O'Young DC, BSc. Kin
Dr. Keenan is a Canadian-trained chiropractor and tennis player with a special interest in treating sports injuries. His mission is to deliver the highest quality of evidence-based care in order to help his patients optimize health, prevent injury, and relieve pain. Dr. Keenan obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).
His interest in sports injuries stems from his background in elite-level tennis. Over the course of his athletic endeavors, he suffered his fair share of sports-related injuries. The search for solutions led him down a path of sports medicine, manual therapy, rehabilitation, and ultimately a career in chiropractic. His treatment style is based on a combination of soft tissue work, exercise prescription, joint manipulation, and acupuncture.
Dr. Keenan first picked up a tennis racquet at the age of 9. Since then, he has played nationally and internationally, competing in tournaments such as the Canadian Junior National Championships and the Junior Orange Bowl International Tennis Championship. As his junior tennis career came to a close, he was recruited for athletic scholarship by several division 1 NCAA schools. Ultimately, he opted to remain in Canada to focus on academics. In addition to competing, Dr. Keenan has spent many years teaching tennis as a professional at various premier clubs in Ontario including the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club and Cutten Fields in Guelph. He has also served as a hitting partner for touring ATP and WTA professionals and internationally ranked juniors.
Dr. Keenan continues to be immersed in tennis, representing Canada in the International Club (IC) Tennis League, and competing in the Mayfair Toronto Pro League (MTPL) as well as the InterCounty Tennis Association.

Dr. Andrew Sulkowski DC
Andrew is a manual therapist that uses a combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques and education to help patients solve their challenge and return to play with a plan on how to not only prevent the injury from returning in the future, but for them to be a better athlete/mover moving forward. Working with the patient’s own health model and goals, Andrew works to solve the challenge/injury quickly and to guide them in their journey of life long athletic participation.
Dr. Andrew Sulkowski is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2004. Prior to this, he received his Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2000. His professional designations include being a certified Active Release Technique provider, a certified acupuncture provider and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
His professional experience includes working as a member of the core medical team for the Canadian and Ontario Soccer Associations and the Canadian Professional Soccer League. He has worked with several professional and recreational sport organizations including athletes from Tennis Canada, USTA, NCAA, NHL, MLS, CPSL, CSA and OSA.
