All of this exists within a collaborative, team-oriented and positive environment designed around you, the client.

Fitness to help you perform for your life:

Information is power! Every body moves differently and so a ‘one program fits all’ approach will never be as successful as a bespoke approach. Along with some baseline measures of fitness — such as strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health — your initial assessment will develop an understanding of how your body moves, and if there are imbalances that need to be addressed. This is the quality of how your body moves. Professional athletes have imbalances that they continually work on so it’s not surprising that us lay people also have them.

Without a clear understanding of where your imbalances lie, you are at risk of developing an injury if you participate in an exercise that does not work for your current status. Reducing these imbalances through a proper approach to your training will keep injury risk low, and the quality of your training high.

Sarah is a certified Pilates instructor and Soma Trainer, and a professional dancer. As a supportive teacher, she seeks to foster a curiosity about the body, helping clients to discover new ways of moving & new habits, while encouraging them to challenge themselves as appropriate for their unique needs.

She combines highly targeted body weight-based segmental strengthening with Pilates’ spring resistance to build full body integration, and uses myofascial stretching and ELDOA to improve fascial glide and joint mechanics.

She has additional training in hyper mobility, bone density, and special populations.

In her spare time, Sarah devours podcasts, films and music, and likes to spend time in nature and in deep conversation with friends.

Active in Pilates since 1995, Carolyn Peters obtained her Full Comprehensive Certification through Stott International Certification Centre in 2002. She has been teaching in the Toronto area on all pieces of equipment for the past 20 years. Carolyn has studied Extensive Therapeutic and Rehabilitation, allowing for a very diverse clientele, ranging from athletic clients to those suffering from injuries and other pathologies. She has a keen eye, focusing on her client’s technique and form to improve their overall strength and posture, while paying attention to alignment and muscle engagement. Additionally, Carolyn is a professional model and actor with a background in dance and equestrian.

Eilish Shin-Culhane is a fully certified Pilates Mat and Equipment instructor, experienced on both Stott and Balanced Body equipment. Eilish received her certification through the Kane School in New York City where she also completed her special populations training. In March of 2020, Eilish relocated back home to Tkaronto/Toronto where she began her Pilates career. She has been teaching classes and privates throughout both the city and the GTA since.

Alongside her Pilates work, she is a professional dancer and choreographer, with a BFA from Marymount Manhattan in New York. Movement has always been an essential part of her life, and helping others find this joy is what drives her practice. As an instructor, Eilish guides her clients through methods of repatterning the body to discover truly pain-free movement. She helps deepen the mind-body connection through an emphasis on strength, sensation, and posture. Most importantly, her sessions have a detailed focus upon the inner unit of the abdominals as the cornerstone to not only a healthy spine but also to overall efficient, happy, and pain-free movement.
